
Stress Management
Sharon's stress management program "Targeting the Stress Trap" is well suited for a workplace or community group presentation, providing guidance, skills and practical exercises for stress reduction. This 8 hour program can be delivered in one day, two half-day workshops, or can be broken up over several weeks.
The lessons in this workshop teach the people who make up your organization the tools necessary for them to take responsibility of their own health, offering tips, tricks and techniques to last a lifetime.
